 Shipping & Delivery

- Once your order has been placed online, please allow UP TO 3 business days for it to be processed and shipped.
- We process online orders Monday to Friday from 9am - 5pm Australian Eastern time.
- You will receive tracking advice from Australia Post, Vic Express, Direct Freight or Star Track once your order has been dispatched (email us for the tracking number at sales@clicksjigs.com.au).
- Our EXPECTED DELIVERY TIMES chart below tells you when you can expect your order to arrive.
- If you have problems with your online order, please email sales@clicksjigs.com.au any time and we will respond as soon as possible during office hours.

 Shipping Costs

- Please note all prices on this website are in 'AUD' unless stated otherwise.
- Shipping within Australia is based on a box diameter/weight ratio

*Prices vary depending on size, weight and delivery address of orders. Shipping is automatically calculated during our online checkout process.

- Australian orders can take 2-10 working days from the date of payment to be received. We have different shipping options that you can choose from when you're in the checkout so you can decide how quickly you want your goods!
- Orders shipping to Western Australia, Northern Territory, may take 1 to 3 weeks to arrive
* Could be delivered directly to your local Depot

 

 Returns

- Returns are not accepted if you have changed your mind.
- If you return the item without its original packaging, we cannot process your return and we will send the item back to you as is and charge you for delivery. 
- Please note - while we take all the care possible to ensure that you receive your goods, we cannot take responsibility for any damages or loss incurred during the delivery.
- Buyers will incur all shipping costs when returning items.

 

 Re Delivery Fees 

There will be a re delivery fee for items that are not delivered the first time round. To avoid these charges we will ship all items with AUTHORITY TO LEAVE

Delivery times are dependant on third party suppliers Australia post, Vic Express, Direct Frieght and Star Track. Factors outside of Clicks Jigs control such as, but not limited to weather, and unforeseeable circumstances may cause delays on expected delivery times.

 Returns & Replacements 

- We are more than happy to exchange or issue online credit for any full priced items. - You can return your online purchase for a refund within 30 days to sales@clicksjigs.com.au
- We will exchange any items with manufacturing faults that are returned in original packaging. 
- We do not refund items that have been damaged through wear and tear or have been mistreated. 
- You’ll need to send us your original invoice along with the item in its original packaging and condition. 
- We do not refund products if you change your mind.
- Discounted purchases, or any other promotional product may not be exchanged or returned. Promotional products are priced accordingly due to being at the end of their run. 
- Buyer will incur all shipping costs

When requesting a credit or assessment for a refund please forward all information to: sales@clicksjigs.com.au with as many details of your order as possible. Orders simply sent back with no proof of purchase or your contact information cannot be processed.
